Returns Eligibility
● Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
● Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
● Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or special promotions are non-
returnable.
● Due to the nature of our collagen supplements, opened or used products cannot be
returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
● Email our customer support at vitalswellofficial@gmail.com with your order number,
product details, and reason for return.
● Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a
product defect or wrong item received.
Refunds
● Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our quality check.
● Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
● If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with photo evidence.
● We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
● Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
● Once shipped, the order will be subject to the return process.
